A waterfront penthouse designed around the view

This penthouse was designed as a weekend retreat for a family, with the spectacular waterfront setting playing a central role in the design.

The interior was planned to make the most of expansive glazing and uninterrupted views, allowing natural light and the surrounding landscape to become part of the experience of the home.

Natural stone, timber veneers, textured finishes and bespoke joinery create a warm and understated palette, while the open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces provide a flexible setting for both relaxed family time and entertaining.

The result is a calm, contemporary retreat where the interior and coastal landscape feel closely connected.
