A calm and considered workplace for confidential care

This office was designed for a mental health organisation, with the interior shaped around the specific needs of confidential conversations, crisis support and both daytime and after-hours operations.

The planning incorporates private consultation rooms, phone rooms, individual offices, an open workplace, a multifunctional boardroom and dedicated support spaces. Particular attention was given to privacy and acoustic control, with extensive acoustic treatments helping create a calmer environment for both staff and clients.

The design also includes a dedicated workspace for night-shift staff, allowing after-hours operations to function efficiently without requiring the entire office to remain occupied.

A restrained palette and considered lighting create a welcoming environment while supporting the practical and sensitive requirements of the organisation.
